The sound occurs because of gas bubbles and fluids that move through your spine. It is completely normal to hear these sounds. Sometimes, you may not even hear any popping noises. This does not mean the bone did not move, the bone still moves into correct alignment with direct contact. 

Yes, although each situation can be unique, the doctor will carefully review your medical history and any imaging reports to make sure you're a good candidate for post-surgery adjustments. 

Due to overcompensation during the recovery phase, surgery often weakens the surrounding joints and muscles. It is important that your muscles regain the strength and stability to support the overall spine function. 

Yes. This is common and expected for majority of patients who either receives a chiropractic adjustment for the first time or gets routine adjustments. When your spine has been out of proper alignment for a period of time and shifts back into proper correction, the muscles will react and release lactic acid causing the muscles soreness. The discomfort normally lasts a few days and the muscles will return back to normal.

Due to most insurances dictating patient care without proper formatting, we strive to protect our patients and focus our energy on their well being and their best interest in maximizing their healing and recovery. 

Upon request, our office will provide an itemized receipt (Superbill) for your Chiropractic and Wellness services. These specialized itemized receipts can be submitted to your insurance provider, which would allow you to get reimbursed directly for the services rendered.
